Position Overview

derma e®, the most trusted name in natural skincare, is seeking a Project Manager. The Project Managers responsibility is to oversee the timely and efficient execution of various projects, including but not limited to: new product introductions, changes to existing products in the company's portfolio, monitoring of the implementation of cross-functional processes/ procedures and other projects as needed.

derma e® offers working hours Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. We are located in Simi Valley.  

Responsibilities

• Plan activities, manage resources, coordinate project execution, determine and communicate all requirements for each assigned project from start to finish
• Ensure all expectations are clearly defined, documented and measurable indicators are identified
• Take ownership of the planning, management and delivery of each project
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to all team members
• Successfully work with the Director of Operations and other team members to implement and monitor processes and procedures
• Proactively work with the company's leadership to define objectives, assumptions, resource management, project communications and documentation, identifying risks, prioritization and escalation management, deliverables, reporting and communication with various departments during the project management and after the project is complete
• Provide support to all team members before and after completion of each project
• Manage budgets and other financial indicators related to each project
• Work with formulators, marketing, sales, purchasing, operations, customer service and quality control to ensure that information flows properly and that deadlines are met
• Build positive and effective relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications  

The position requires: 

• strong project management capabilities
• working knowledge of project management software
• effective communication and collaboration skills
• the ability to work with and influence team members at various levels of the organization
• effective and timely communication of potential delays, risks and opportunities
• a track record of delivering results within budget and on time 

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree required with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Experience in skincare is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: Annual salary is $70,000-$80,000. We offer medical, dental and supplemental insurance policies.
