In the solar power industry, we serve residential, commercial, municipalities, and agriculture sectors. Our solar installation team installs solar power systems throughout the San Francisco Bay Area; including, San Jose, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, San Mateo, Fremont, Morgan Hill, and beyond.

Position Overview:

Clean Solar is currently looking for Project Manager. The Project Manager team member will be responsible for day to day oversight and coordination of solar installation projects.

  • 1 year Project Management type of experience OR
  • 1 year Solar industry experience (any capacity)

Responsibilities:

  • Day to Day management of installation projects
  • Coordination of installation schedule
  • Coordination of permitting for projects
  • Managing entire work flow for all jobs: determining logistical bottlenecks in job flow & setting systems for smoother job flow
  • Maintaining records and database on Salesforce and other programs
  • Coordination with customers throughout job installation
  • Providing 5-Star customer service
  • Troubleshooting issues relating to installations
  • Product ordering
  • Daily installer personnel and vehicle adjustments
  • Training (over site and actual) office staff

Qualifications:

  • Professional in appearance, with excellent customer service skills; digitally, over the phone and in person
  • Ability to work with operations manager, project managers, sales staff, home owners, and installation teams
  • Ability to manage office staff
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively
  • Ability to problem solve both personnel issues and project issues
  • Competent in many digital formats including but not limited to: MS Office products, email, CAD, Salesforce, and internet applications
  • Intimate understanding of Project management process
  • Intimate understanding of Residential Solar
  • Able to handle lengthy amounts of time on computer
  • Able to multitask effectively
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
  • College educated
  • High accuracy in work and attention to detail
  • Good record keeping and organizational skills
  • Good staff management skills
