Endyna provides consulting services to U.S. federal government- including EPA, DoT and DHS. For EPA, Endyna manages partnership programs, partner recruitment & retention, partner databases, chemicals databases and partner communications. Endyna also conducts research, analyzes policy alternatives and produces policy recommendations. Endyna manages conferences, peer review programs and writes training courses for EPA.

Position Overview:

Endyna has an immediate full time opening for a Project Lead in the Environmental Practice. The Project Lead is a hands-on position, leading tasks primarily with U.S. EPA, and secondarily with other federal agencies.

Responsibilities: 

The role is multifaceted involving:

  • Leading projects/tasks: lead several projects/tasks simultaneously, working with and supervising junior staff in the environmental practice.
  • Budgeting: prepare budgetary work plans, allocate tasks to junior staff, manage time budget and dollar budget.
  • Managing quality: ensuring that all deliverables are of high quality.
  • Interfacing: interface with EPA's task/project managers, as well as those at other prime/subcontractors to set expectations and to update them on progress.
  • Leading technical approach: provide technical leadership on analytical techniques, processes and technical methodologies.
  • Leading communications: lead creation and delivery of communications products.
  • Leading proposal teams: structure technical proposal; write key section(s), manage proposal team to deliver final proposal

Qualifications:

Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • BS in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry or Biology
  • Master's degree in Communications, Green Event Management or in Business Administration

Experience:

  • 8 to 10 years experience in working for a leading consulting firm contracting with the federal government.

Software Tools:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Adobe InDesign, Adobe Dreamweaver. Knowledge of SalesForce is a plus.

Communication skills:

  • Excellent oral communications skills and technical writing/editing skills.

Compensation: Competitive salary, vacation, holidays, medical and 401(k) retirement plan. Salary: $55K-$75K/year
