Applicants must have strong, proven design skills; great communication skills; passion; and commitment. Leadership experience is required. This position will serve as a primary client contact for projects. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to set the design direction for projects and work collaboratively with team members to execute the design.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture required        
  • Architectural registration is a plus        
  • Six (6) years minimum of extensive experience in all phases of architecture        
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills        
  • Specific experience in mixed-use, retail, housing, or hospitality        
  • In-depth knowledge of building and zoning codes        
  • Strong understanding of architectural detailing

Compensation:
