Applicants must have strong, proven design skills; great communication skills; passion; and commitment. Leadership experience is required. This position will serve as a primary client contact for projects. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to set the design direction for projects and work collaboratively with team members to execute the design.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture required
- Architectural registration is a plus
- Six (6) years minimum of extensive experience in all phases of architecture
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Specific experience in mixed-use, retail, housing, or hospitality
- In-depth knowledge of building and zoning codes
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing
Compensation:
