Pacific-Green Integrated Technology, Inc. (PITI) was established in 2009 on Guam to offer Renewable Energy and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services.
At its core, PITI offers consultation and installation services for renewable/integrated energy projects. Our mission is to promote environmentally sustainable solutions for the current and future generations of Micronesia through such products as solar and wind energy systems and solar-powered LED streetlights.
Although still young as a company, PITI has a management team with decades of experience in electrical, civil engineering, construction and the renewable energy industry. General Summary:
Responsible for assisting their assigned Project Manager in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. The employee will be required to assist their assigned Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings and project specifications.
Essential Job Functions:
- On-Site Project Management.
- Project Coordination & Project Controls.
- Job Cost Analysis.
- Project Schedule Adherence.
- Assist in evaluation and solution of potential field problems, referring them to Project manager.
- Assist in plan and spec analysis in order to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.
- Conduct quality control activities in accordance with instructions, inspection programs, using specified control measuring and testing equipment.
- Understand and perform document control functions in accordance with on-site policy and procedures.
- Provide technical engineering information to company employees and subcontractors to ensure project complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instructions.
- Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences and errors/omissions.
- Participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents, assist with the research and preparation of field change requests to resolve design issues.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams.
- Know the important elements of project management.
- Have a great sense of detail.
- Know how to take on various duties in short time.
- Knowledge on renewable energy and solar installation.
- Technical skills on construction and electrical engineering.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of BS in management or engineering; a masters degree would be a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a manager and/or electrical engineering.
