Project Coordinator

Evergreen Consulting Group, LLC provides energy efficiency program design, implementation, marketing, and support services to utilities, energy efficiency organizations and businesses primarily in the western portion of the United States. The 29 person firm was established in 1997 and maintains a special focus on developing and maintaining market based trade ally networks to support completion of energy efficiency projects in multiple states.

Position Overview:

Process commercial and industrial lighting projects from the initial submission of a lighting analysis tool to the processing of incentive payments. Provide detailed information to customers and electrical contractors inquiring about the lighting incentive program for the utility.

This is full time position, anticipated start date of early December 2010.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training on the utility lighting analysis tool to electrical contractors and customers on site or by telephone or email.
• Process lighting projects through to completion.
• Maintain accurate and organized project tracking records for both electronic and paper files.
• Update project tracking reports with detailed status notes on a regular predetermined schedule.
• Provide timely response to all electrical contractors, customers, and other program staff inquiries by email and telephone regarding program questions and processes.
• Work with Lighting Specialists in the review of lighting project inspection reports.
• Attend monthly company meetings and be available for annual electrical contractor training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate skills in Excel spreadsheets.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
• Prior experience with commercial & industrial lighting preferred
• Must be able to occasionally travel overnight
