About the Position:
Project Coordinators perform a range of tasks including creating and managing systems for tracking projects and associated deliverables, collecting data and reporting results, working closely with remote field personnel, technical writing and editing, and executing processes to assist in the maintenance of our high functioning program teams.
Project Coordinators work with contractors, clients and the Portland-based staff to help initiate and complete energy efficiency projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working with field staff to influence and follow through on energy efficiency screenings and retrofits.
- Build relationships with contractors to identify and complete energy saving projects.
- Maintain relationships with grocers to ensure satisfaction with the program.
- Assure complex rebates are processed accurately.
- Contribute to regular reporting to clients and internal team.
- Act as a bridge between remote and Portland based staff.
- Track and manage budgets and timelines.
- Research, write and edit technical documents, papers and reports.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience coordinating multiple high-quality deliverables on tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills and proven ability to multi-task are a must. Successful candidates will be highly organized, creative, detail and solution oriented, and team-focused.
