Description

&Co, a studio of independent but collaborative thinkers, is seeking a creative, well-organized, articulate and detail-oriented individual with a high skill level in conceptual design and design development, and a good comprehension of construction methods, to join our team.

Our firm combines architecture, interior design, urban design, planning, project management, and real estate development consulting to deliver award-winning, sustainable, economically responsible and innovative design projects. We work in a light-filled studio environment with an open and dynamic working culture.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • B.Arch or M.Arch with 6-10+ years of experience (some of which must be Canada and/or the United States)
  • A solid understanding of the design process and documentation required during all project stages
  • Conceptual and graphic design talent, as well as technical and construction knowledge
  • An interest in sustainable design
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, AdobeSuite and Microsoft programs required
  • Proficiency with Revit Architecture and 3D modelling would be advantageous
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
