EcoVentures International (EVI) is currently searching for a Program Support Intern to leverage our efforts in furthering environmental enterprise creation and development.

EVI looks for individuals who are motivated and excited about supporting the development of innovative and effective ways to foster sustainable change in the world. Working with EVI will provide an opportunity to experience first-hand the process of establishing and growing an organization working in the international development field. Interns will be involved in the daily operations as well as the implementation of our larger strategic direction. 

The Program Support Intern will assist the Program Manager with preparing materials for trainings, presentations, and workshops and providing general administrative support including drafting letters, coordinating mailings, maintaining program files and contact databases. Additional projects could include foundation research, newsletter and website content development, and brown bag or workshop coordination. 

Skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Highly organized, and detail oriented - Demonstrated computer proficiency, including database experience - HTML editing experience a plus - Initiative, enthusiasm, and drive - Ability to work effectively, both independently and on a team - Ability to speak Spanish or Swahili a plus 

Commitment - A minimum of 24 hrs weekly commitment for 4 to 6 months. Start date: Mid February
