Our Energy Efficiency Team provides consulting, testing and training services to industrial and commercial customers. We also demonstrate and test emerging technologies for potential market impacts. Our engineers and technical staff conduct facility energy assessments, recommend process modifications, and provide economic analyses of the various options available to our clients. Typical energy systems evaluated include fans, pumps, compressed air, boilers, chillers, lighting, HVAC, steam networks and industrial ovens.

Position Overview:
The Program Manager will develop and implement a variety of energy efficiency programs and projects that serve industrial and commercial businesses. As a Program Manager, you will oversee multiple inter-related projects in support of assigned program(s) and provide leadership to a team of technical professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the strategic business plan and related goals, objectives and timelines.
- Analyzing available technologies, resource needs and market demand to assess the feasibility of projects.
- Providing direction Project Managers, establishing work plans, and ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Assisting with business development activities, including proposal writing and evaluating technical aspects of service requests.
- Providing financial management of assigned program area(s), including budget and P&L responsibilities.
- Identifying, selecting and maintaining relationships with vendor partners.
- Participating in the mentoring and development of program staff.
- Providing exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include a BS degree in an engineering or technical discipline, plus 5 or more years relevant technical experience. 2 or more years experience in a management or technical lead role required.
Ideal candidate will have directly related experience in energy management. Certified Energy Managers will be given preference.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, project management knowledge, organizational ability and customer relation skills required. Innovation and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members is essential. Position may require up to 20% travel.
