Duties And Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the HPBS Program Assistant include conducting energy and resource use assessments of Harvard buildings, supporting several Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification projects, and supporting resource conservation training programs designed for Harvard property management staff.
General duties include general administration, writing and editing reports and web pages, working with multiple Harvard building managers, financial mangers and consultants, and giving formal presentations. There will be large learning component in the first few months of this position to become acclimated to the diverse management structure of Harvard.

UOS requires pre employment drug, reference and background screening. This is a 12 month term position.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree required. Demonstrated attention to detail, and the proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent writing and editing skills. Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, continually adapting work environment. Excellent communication skills, with the capacity for developing and maintaining strong client relationships across a highly decentralized university management structure. LEED Accredited Professional or experience with LEED preferred. Must have a strong interest in the technical and engineering aspects of high performance buildings. Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new technical skills quickly and efficiently.
