Production Worker

IceStone LLC manufactures high-design durable surfaces from recycled glass and cement. The company is a leader in sustainable business, focusing on a triple bottom line of environmental and social as well as financial returns.

This full-time position involves being the ambassador for IceStone to customers, vendors, and other interested parties.  This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, energetic and good-natured individual who welcomes challenges, thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, has a superb phone manner, and possesses excellent communication & organizational skills.

Job Description:

This position is central to IceStone's growth and success, serving as general warehouse and production labor in the company.

Responsibilities can include:

• Sorting Stock    
• Filling Orders    
• Driving Forklift    
• Operating Production Equipment    
• Performing production duties    
• Filling in for production on an as needed basis    
• Possibly starting a crate and pack operation

Qualifications:

• Must be able to drive a forklift    
• Have an understanding of order processing and filling    
• Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs    
• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalency in experience    
• A valid drivers license is a plus    
• Ability to learn quickly    
• Organized & excited by paperwork
• Works well with others
• Woodworking experience or Crate building experience is not necessary, but a plus!

We are looking for candidates with 2 plus years of forklift experience. Experience in the Concrete or in the Stone fabrication/delivery field is a plus. The candidate should be able to work on their feet most of the day.

Most importantly, this person must have a can-do, energetic, upbeat attitude.
