REHAU Inc., a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking an ambitious, experienced Product Manager, Renewable Energies to be located in our Sales Office in Toronto.

Job responsibilities include:

• Overall development of REHAU's renewable energy program
• Identification of business opportunities, development of products and programs to exploit these opportunities and development of staff to support these programs
• Generate and implement a comprehensive Renewable Energies business plan including market positioning, products, production concepts, branding, cost & revenue forecasting and organizational development concept.
• Leverage industry relationships to gain business opportunities.
• Selecting, hiring, training and developing staff.
• Develop and achieve an annual sales forecast.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor Degree in engineering or technical field required, MBA preferred
• 5 years experience in the renewable energies/geothermal industry with multifaceted experience and industry relationships
• Green building, renewables design certifications a plus
