Position Overview:
Nimble Consulting Inc. has a project opportunity for a Process and Training Lead Role. The successful candidate will facilitate an enterprise process roll-out for a large IT department within a fortune 500 Company (Configuration Management, Change Management, Problem and Incident Management).
This position runs for 6 months - with potential for additional work.
Responsibilities:
- Training and Onboarding multiple teams onto several new processes.
- Developing the plan and supporting deliverables.
- Ability to facilitate discussion on how the responsibilities and touch points between groups will be affected by the roll-out of these new enterprise processes.
- Must be able to document these discussions in process maps and flow diagrams using vision and powerpoint in a short turnaround time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of consulting experience in a client delivery (or client-facing) role, preferably in a commercial or start-up environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently drive projects.
- Training/Instructional Design experience.
- Ability to explain instructional design approach and share how it is applied in different circumstances with specific examples.
- Proven experience to structure and develop deliverables
(Learning Objectives, Training and Onboarding Plan, Training materials such as job aids, online tools, FAQs, instructor guide/ participant guide, surveys, etc.) - Experience as a Training Instructor for technical audiences in a corporate environment.
- Ability to facilitate discussion on how the responsibilities and touch points between groups will be affected by the roll-out of these new enterprise processes.
- Expectation to be able to document these discussions in process maps and flow diagrams using vision and powerpoint in a short turnaround time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent written and presentation skills.
- Comfortable facilitating and driving discussions and teams with varying stakeholders and agendas.
- Project management experience with a mixture of clients, vendors and independent consultants.
- Desire and ability to roll up your sleeves and work in a team-based environment.
- Strong client references required for consideration.
- Familiarity with technology, specifically Remedy, ITIL or enterprise IT systems a plus.
