Prepared Foods Manager

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring for a Prepared Foods Manager position for our Greensboro, NC location.  This position will provide overall leadership for the entire prepared foods department to include deli, bakery, and coffee bar in a Earth Fare store.

Responsibilities:

• You will directly responsible for meeting Earth Fare goals for sales, gross profit, labor expense, and providing best in class guest service.
• The position will be responsible for hiring, training, mentoring,  and progressive discipline for team members in the prepared food department.
• You will work with the store manager to ensure the department is properly merchandised at all times to maximize sales.

Qualifications:

• Requires a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a Food Service management role.
• Works under general supervision; reports to a store director.
• Familiar with natural foods industry.
• Ability to follow through.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Creativity.
• Flexibility.
• Great work ethic is required.
