Position Overview:
Antenna Group is looking for outstanding PR practitioners with 4-to-7 years of public relations experience who are confident, strategic communicators of technology and passionate evangelists for a better environment. Smart-grid experience is of particular interest.
Qualifications:
The promising candidate is or has:
- 4-7 years of technology-communications experience
- Innate grasp of what makes a good story and how to sell it to the media
- Entrepreneurial approach to work, meaning a self-motivated team player, who doesn’t need much supervision but knows when to ask for guidance
- Creative, resourceful and results-oriented
- Skilled writer with attention to big picture and small details
- Genuinely enjoys science and can speak intelligently about it
- Stable enough to make a 3-year commitment
- Committed to a career in technology public relations!
- Legal U.S. work status
The ideal candidate’s experience is in business-to-business PR and has demonstrated an affinity for environmental science and/or industrial technologies.
Compensation: Based in San Francisco's Embarcadero-SOMA area, Antenna offers competitive salaries, 3 weeks total vacation plus 9 holidays, excellent medical/ dental benefits, 401k matching and continuing PR education.
