The mission of Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve is to lead people to a greater appreciation of native plants, to an understanding of their importance to all life, and to a commitment to the preservation of a healthy and diverse natural world.
Position Overview:
Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve is seeking a part-time coordinator to manage educational outreach and continue to build fee for service and program curriculum for its successful Plant Stewardship Index (PSI).
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a botanical background with strong plant ID skills, familiarity with Delaware River Basin native plants, Floristic Quality Index (FQI), possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be proficient with PowerPoint/digital presentations. The position requires a 16-hour work week.
