The Student Conservation Association (SCA), America's #1 conservation service organization, seeks Partner Services Coordinators in our HUB locations, including Boston MA or Charlestown NH for the North East region; Chicago IL for the Mid-West region; Oakland CA for the South-West region; and Arlington VA for the Mid-Atlantic region.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing, guiding and maintaining partner relationships by providing knowledge, guidance and solutions with regards to mission, programs, resources, and overall processes.
  • Track agreement processes, funding requirements and perform cost analysis for internal and external constituents.
  • Ensure quality responsiveness, communication and collaboration with internal and external constituents. 
  • Coordinate and lead a collaborative multi-departmental effort with the goal of retaining and expanding existing partnerships within assigned regional geographies. 
  • Coordinate site visits based upon departmental and regional strategies in order to meet established revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years Customer Service experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Collaborative skills a must
  • Experience with process oversight; keeping momentum moving and following through on multiple points for multiple people
  • Strong MSWord skills and strong working knowledge of databases
  • Ability to learn and comprehend the complex fiscal and political factors influencing public land management
  • Knowledge of natural and cultural resource management issues and knowledge of client agency cultures a plus
  • Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
  • Demonstrated experience in innovative setting and ability to work in a changing environment
  • Valid driver's license with MVR that meets SCA standards
  • Willingness to travel 20% of time to conduct site visits, attend partner functions, etc
