Operations Manager

~ Voltaic Systems is a market leader in portable solar systems. We design and manufacture products that power smartphones, tablets, digital cameras and laptops all over the world. ~

Our customers are travelers, adventurers and DIY technologists looking to keep their devices powered up off the grid. We are based in New York, but we sell globally to over 30 different countries. We are looking for an ambitious operations specialist to round out the team. 

Responsibilities  

Your responsibilities would include: 

• Manage fulfillment of daily wholesale and retail orders
• Manage A/R, A/P, Payroll, etc.
• Maintain Quickbooks and coordinate with accountant and bookkeeper
• Coordinate inbound shipping and inventory receipts
• Track inventory levels and forecast of all components in Voltaic's supply chain
• Manage production of product literature and packaging 

Qualifications  

We are looking for someone who: 

• Is generally tech savvy and skilled at both Excel and Quickbooks
• Can juggle multiple responsibilities and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
• Is hyper-organized with great attention to details
• Has an interest in sustainable product development and production
• Is a clear and concise communicator
