Our products charge digital devices including cell phones, cameras, tablets and laptops. We sell our products around the world and are looking for an ambitious individual to round out the team and help us grow. 

Position Overview 

Voltaic Systems is seeking to fill the position of Operations Manager - someone to join our growing team to manage our business operations functions. 

Responsibilities  

Your responsibilities would include: 

• Managing customer order processing and fulfillment;
• Inbound shipping;
• Basic accounting; 
• Other business and administrative systems; and
• In addition, we will give you opportunities to pursue other areas such as social media and product research. 

Qualifications 

• You should have a demonstrable track record of managing business operations; 
• Be hyper organized; and
• Skilled at both Excel and Quickbooks.
