Description
Acro Electric, Inc. is currently hiring an operations manager for existing branch office. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced PV professional to meet new challenges and assist in the continued success of a fully established and fast growing solar company.
Scope and Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for taking over all aspects of business in existing branch location including project management, customer service, HR, and purchasing.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for management of all aspects of branch location
- Supervision of 5-10 offsite employees as well as office personnel
- Responsible for customer service with existing 'business to business' clients
- Ability to adapt operations to meet the ever changing best practices within the PV industry
Experience Desired:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Candidate must be hands on, organized, and possess superior problem-solving skills
- Management experience with offsite employees
- Electrical trade background
- Experienced PV professional
