Alternative energy firm is seeking a sharp Office Manager/Assistant to provide support to the Managing Director of Business Development. Entegrity Wind Systems Inc, a commercial-scale wind turbine manufacturer is opening a new office in Evanston,IL.
Position Overview:
This fast-paced firm needs a highly organized and meticulous individual to take charge and drive results on important assignments. Demonstrate your superior administrative and multitasking skills to thrive in this highly involved position.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled executive assistant to join forces with this alternative energy firm and learn the details of wind energy development. Become an integral member of this professional group as you oversee a variety of administrative office tasks and the opening of a new office. The ideal candidate should be a focused high achiever who thrives in a fast-paced setting and has a strong sense of time management to continuously move forward projects and keep the team on track.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a detailed digital calendar, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments.
- Keep confidential documents organized and updated.
- Draft important client correspondence and process special expense reports.
- Assist with team projects as needed.
- Answer phone calls and relay detailed messages to the appropriate individual(s).
- Manage team calendar of important project due dates, travel dates, and off-site meetings.
- Distribute in-house presentation materials and assist with special projects.
- Maintain electronic databases of client management and paper files.
- Remain in contact with Administrative Director in Boulder office regarding expenditures.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of executive support experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel,Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic, professional demeanor and team-oriented mentality
- Flexibility, resourcefulness, and superior time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, co-workers, and contacts.
- A positive attitude and a genuine proactive interest in renewable energy are essential.

Compensation: Beginning salary range is $40-$45k depending on experience, Medical plan, 3 weeks PTO and 10 holidays
