Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional office manager who is excited and motivated to jump in to the rapidly changing landscape of our growing company. This person will be in charge of running all aspects of operations including and not limited to: systems improvement and implementation, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, fulfillment, order processing, daily office tasks, customer service, various projects, and more.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Positive attitude with ability to work hard, adapt easily to changes and unexpected events, prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and pay attention to details
- Leadership qualities; to know how to follow instructions, how to take initiative and how to problem solve
- Team player mentality
- Proficient computer skills - confident on a Mac, skilled in Microsoft Office programs, cloud CRM systems, word press, various web based software systems
- Experience in inventory, production, order processing and customer service
- Experience, knowledge and interest in natural products and/or outdoor industry
- Ability to lift and move 60 pounds
- Proficient grammar, writing and verbal skills
- Commitment to contributing to a fun and productive work environment
- Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 years
