Position Overview:

MyChelle Dermaceuticals is hiring an Educator located in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts or New Jersey

Educators report to the VP of Innovation and Education and are responsible for training on the MyChelle products and MyChelle Imaging System. They work directly with MyChelle retail partners, brokers, demo agents and consumers to train product knowledge, ingredient benefits, and they train and demonstrate the exciting MyChelle Imaging System.

Responsibilities:

• Educator for MyChelle Dermaceuticals and MyChelle Imaging System.
• Install, set-up, train and promote the MyChelle Imaging System.
• Manage team of Ambassador who work part time for 25 hours per week for 8-12 weeks.
• Train retail accounts on the effectiveness of MyChelle formulas and brand.
• Travel to retail accounts, trade shows, events and other speaking engagements.
• Research and create informational content for accounts and brokers.
• Manage and create content for MyChelle Certification Program.
• Actively evaluate market research along with competitive analysis.
• Provide weekly and monthly updates on field training experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 years
• Skin care knowledge with deep understanding of skin's physiology.
• Skin care industry experience.
• Thorough knowledge of natural product industry specializing in the Skin Care segment.
• Public speaking expertise with the ability to communicate clearly, train and engage the audience.
• Computer savvy, specifically on Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, WebEx, iChat.
• Strong ability to create presentation materials with technical information in a retailer and consumer friendly manner.
• Understand product category management.
• Retail expertise.
• Professional attitude, cheerful, dependable, self starter.
• Continuous learner and team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with consumers and team members.
• 50% - 80% Travel.
• Located in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts or New Jersey.
