Membership Manager/Green Certification Program Administrator

The Eco-Dentistry Association, an international, green dentistry educational association, seeks a top-notch candidate with a can-do attitude, plus a commitment to dentistry and sustainability, to expand our membership and shepherd dental offices through our green certification program.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate has:

1. At least 3 years experience as a membership manager or development director at an educational association in a related field, and/or dental sales expertise.
2. Demonstrable success in meeting sales and/or membership targets and deadlines.
3. Outstanding interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
4. Facility with technology and social media.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. A genuine commitment to sustainability and wellness; knowledge of green building principles a plus.
7. A passion for meeting members' needs and a facility with deep listening.
8. Strong attention to detail.

Compensation: Generous salary and benefit package; base plus commission.
