Position Overview:

The Marketing, Sales and communication Coordinator is responsible for marketing, sales and communications needs depending on product categories, countries or regions concerned, and to maintain and update regional realities accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and participates in Trade and consumer events;
  • Creates different type of folders and assures filing for every project;
  • Gathers and processes contact information acquired at these events;
  • Coordinates and distributes marketing material;
  • Insures Sales Team of product samples;
  • Supports demo activities;
  • Communicates with Head Office regarding materials and information;
  • Ensures Website and Social Media update with regional reality content;
  • Updates Regional data file: store lists, broker information, KOL database, etc.;
  • Implements and respects Head Office policies and regulations;
  • Reviews demo reports;
  • Other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • College AA Degree in marketing or communications;
  • 2-3 years' experience in communications related to natural products, media or health industry;
  • Probiotic, pharmaceutical and medical knowledge is preferred;
  • Proficient in Window's environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Web Savvy, etc.);
  • Spoken and written English is mandatory. Spoken and written Spanish is an asset.

Required Soft Skills:

  • Capable of handling priorities and is well organized;
  • Flexibility and adaptability according to circumstances;
  • Capable of representing the company values and image at all times;
  • Privileges teamwork;
  • Passion for marketing and communications;
  • Comfortable with social networking ;
  • Goal and objective oriented;
  • Able to travel throughout North America if necessary.
