As part of our international expansion, we will very shortly establish a subsidiary in Sacramento, California and are therefore seeking a:
Strategic Business Development and Marketing Manager: Photovoltaics
In this full-time position you will be responsible for the market and target group analysis and thus be largely responsible for the future business orientation of the company. You will work closely with the company management.
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
- Recognition of market potential through the use of market, sales and competition analyses
- Definition of target groups and development of the services and products to be offered
- Strategic development of marketing concepts, in collaboration with the company management
- Initiation and development of communications, sales and distribution concepts
- Implementation of marketing concepts and monitoring of marketing activities
- Coordination of the technical development of solutions
- Active design of product training courses and their implementation
For this position, you have a solid professional education, ideally a completed degree. Additionally, you have professional experience in the areas of marketing and sales, or in project development or a similar field. You must be distinguished by your excellent communication skills and a confident and convincing presence. Your profile is rounded-off by highly developed analytical skills and good technical understanding.
Good knowledge in MS-Office is required. Knowledge of the German language is not essential, but advantageous.
You must have a desire to bring a growing company to the front of the market and wish to develop yourself further within the company.
