Description
Create high visibility for LIME brand by executing innovative, opportunistic marketing programs and campaigns that highlight LIME's unique multi-platform offering and its relevance to a growing community of people seeking a green, healthier, and more balanced lifestyle.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Work with marketing team to develop multi-layered marketing plan that reaches key consumer and partner audiences.
2. Through constant messaging and exposure, work to make the LIME brand synonymous with all things healthy, green and balanced.
3. Write all lime.com homepage messaging that highlight key initiatives to consumers.
4. Support marketing efforts to drive traffic to lime.com and build online community. Maintain LIME's external social networking efforts.
5. Coordinate with PR and Ad Sales departments to create compelling collateral pieces for pitching network to press and potential advertisers.
6. Support local market promotions and events. Negotiate and fulfill against event sponsorships and barters.
7. Monitor and explore current and emerging "green" trends, events and opportunities for LIME to take ownership.
8. Maintain and distribute the company's promotional calendar of all relevant category and trade events, campaign initiatives, monthly priorities and ad sales partnerships.
Employment Standards
* Education: College degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Journalism or Communications
* Experience: Three to five years experience in marketing in a multi-media environment. Online experience a must.
* Required Skills: Excellent writing skills and creative judgment a must. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work with enthusiasm and effectiveness at all levels of the organization. Marketing and promotion expertise and budget management skills important along with time management.
* Special Skills: Multi-platform online experience is required. Promotional writing samples required.
