Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

Bluefield is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to provide ongoing support to the company’s sales and research teams in the US and Spain. 

The coordinator supports the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, website management, social media, list management and conferences.

The successful candidate will have 0-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities. Bluefield’s collaborative and entrepreneurial environment is an excellent opportunity to develop one’s marketing skills in a growing business.

Primary Responsibilities 

• Tactical support of on and off-line marketing initiatives including: email campaigns and list management
• Maintain and update all web assets / landing pages associated with online marketing efforts and events
• Social media content management
• Press and media outreach

Qualifications

• Required Education – Undergraduate or Graduate degree
• Strong verbal and written skills; strong attention to detail and process
• Experience with communications, content development, and social media
• Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• WordPress web platform experience a plus
• Salesforce and Exact Target skills highly preferred
• 10 to 20 hours per week– with potential for more
