Earth Tech Architecture: Earth Tech, a leading worldwide consulting firm, is seeking an energetic team player to join our Marketing Department in our Boston, MA office. Our Boston architectural design practice includes institutional, governmental and private clients throughout New England and is also involved in leading architectural efforts for other offices throughout Earth Tech.
The Marketing Coordinator position includes working directly with Principal and senior design staff in supporting their proactive and reactive marketing efforts. Responsibilities include preparation of responses to RFQ/Ps, coordination of activities supporting the annual marketing plan (conference coordination, PR activities, collateral material development, etc.).
Position requires a college degree, BA in Communications, journalism or English preferred; strong writing, organizational and interpersonal skills a must; PC-based computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes); as well as the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. 2-3 years marketing experience in A-E firms is preferred.
