Position Overview:

This position works closely with the Vice President of Client Services and management and consulting teams and is responsible for developing and leading marketing communications strategies and programs that help drive revenue generation, build company visibility and market leadership, and support the firm's mission, business objectives and brand value.

Responsibilities:

As Marketing Communications Manager you will:                

  • Support business development efforts through the creation of RFQ/RFP responses, presentations and other client facing sales materials
  • Support demand generation efforts with thoughtful and well executed campaign materials including advertising, sell sheets, case studies, white papers, byline articles etc.
  • Manage and implement corporate communications strategy, including company speaker bureau and media relations
  • Develop and implement brand awareness programs including outbound marketing campaigns, thought leadership programs, executive speaker bureaus and conference management and attendance efforts
  • Manage online strategy with demonstrated knowledge of Web 2.0 principles (corporate website, blogs, RSS, social media and SEO/SEM)

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business, marketing or allied field
  • 3-5 years professional experience with demonstrated skill progression in the marketing field
  • Understanding of how professional services firms operate and the importance of the RFP/proposal process to their success
  • High degree of motivation and passion to succeed
  • Thrive under pressure, inspired by competition yet a team player
  • Strong written and communications skills required
  • Ability to think strategically, yet implement at the tactical level
  • A sense of humor, strong drive to succeed and passion to win
