EnerNOC has an immediate opening in its Marketing group for a Market Specialist, Grid Solutions. The Market Specialist will provide strategic and analytic support to EnerNOC's Utility Sales and Regulatory Affairs teams. Specifically, the Market Specialist will help to solidify EnerNOC's existing markets and expand EnerNOC's new market opportunities.
The Market Specialist will:
- Assess the potential for demand response in different geographic areas
- Develop EnerNOC's proposals to various utilities in conjunction with the Utility Sales team by conducting market research to identify the unique needs of different utilities, developing targeted strategies and writing proposal documentation
- Support EnerNOC's regulatory affairs efforts by actively attending meetings at various Independent System Operators, Regional Transmission Organizations, Public Utility Commissions and other industry associations
- Create and develop marketing materials, whitepapers, and presentations for EnerNOC's Utility Sales and Regulatory Affairs efforts
- Analyze the demand response competitive landscape and emerging technologies
- Represent EnerNOC at industry conferences
- Interact and support all departments at EnerNOC as necessary, including marketing, sales, operations, engineering, and finance
