The best of solar and the best of wind...Bluenergy Solarwind, Inc. is an exciting Renewable Energy manufacturing company based in northern New Mexico. We are the manufacturer of the patent?protected Bluenergy SolarwindTM Turbine, the first?of?its?kind hybrid combining solar and wind energy for commercial and residential on?site generation.
We are currently in pre-production stage and looking for creative dynamic team players to support and grow as we develop new opportunities and projects domestically and internationally
Position Overview:
We are seeking a degree-qualified Manufacturing Engineer with a minimum of 5+ years working experience in the field of Manufacturing or Process Engineering in a complex manufacturing environment. As a member of a growing team in a start-up environment, this role involves working with peers and external partners to develop core processes, practices, applications, and methodologies to enable rapid growth.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be proficient in the use of Mechanical CAD Software, and experienced in the qualification of new processes e.g. by DOE, test runs, measurement and analysis. Six sigma knowledge and experience with Jmp or Minitab is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be highly flexible, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a working knowledge of Solar and/or Wind manufacturing systems. Hands-on experience with plant start-up & Lean Manufacturing System development is highly preferred.
