Position Overview:
Works closely with Plant Manager, Production Manager, Lab Supervisor, and Safety Monitor in a team environment in coordinating and scheduling maintenance program to maximize plant performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and supervise maintenance personnel.
- Develop appropriate vendor and contractor contacts and fully utilize a CMMS System to insure plant performance and safety.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years industrial processing and/or process flow maintenance experience required (ethanol experience a big advantage).
- 2 Year Associates Degree
- Direct supervisory experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of maintenance for centrifuges, pumps, drying equipment, boilers, cooling towers, chiller, air compressors, valves, electrical circuits, equipment and 4-20 milliamp instrumentation.
- Boiler license or equivalent
- BA/BS and/or Engineering Degree
