The Lighting Program Manager position is with the ENERGY STAR Product Labeling Branch of the EPA's Climate Protection Partnership Division. EPA seeks highly motivated individual to serve as manager for the Residential Light Fixtures program.
Job Overview:
The position affords the successful candidate an opportunity to accelerate lighting market transformation toward energy efficient technologies, and impact the fight against global warming.
Requirements:
Position requires experience with both product marketing, preferably with lighting, as well as technical work related to lighting or other energy efficient products. Advanced degree preferred, MS or MBA, though alternatives to formal training will be considered.
Must be a self starter, able to work on multiple tasks, and able to work towards consensus with multiple program partners on complex issues. The candidate must possess strong writing and speaking capabilities. The candidate must also possess demonstrated strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
