LEED Project Manager

Sustainable Design Collaborative LLC provides a wide variety of sustainable design services including:

• Environmental programming and goal setting
• Optimized design of building envelope and fenestration
• Use of building-integrated photovoltaics
• LEEDTMcertification (according to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System developed by the USGBC)
• Research and consultation on environmentally responsible building materials
• Integration and sizing of HVAC systems
• Design for improved indoor air quality (IAQ)
• Optimal use of sun-controlled natural daylight

Position Overview:

Ideally, experienced LEED-NC consultant available 2 or 3 days per week but generally flexible. May not be required to regularly work out of our office. Full-time candidates may be considered.

Wide range of exciting Sustainable Design/LEED Projects
(22 being worked on), Workshops, Computer Modeling, etc.

Work directly with pioneering environmental architect
Bill Bobenhausen, FAIA, CCS, LEED AP.
