Landscape Maintenance Account Manager/Field Superintendent

Position Overview:

Landscape Development is looking for a Maintenance Account Manager/Field Superintendent to join our growing team of professionals, in our Valencia office. This position oversees landscape maintenance and enhancements for new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

The Account Manager is responsible for the successful business performance in these areas: customer satisfaction, profitability, and customer penetration through enhancements, production efficiency and personnel development. Supervises and coordinates the activities of employees in all aspects of exterior landscape maintenance services and enhancement services.

Qualifications:

The successful candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience. Candidates should be capable of servicing a broad range of clients at a high level while overseeing the efforts of multiple crews. Written and verbal proficiency in English and knowledge of Spanish is desired. A fundamental horticultural knowledge is desirable.

Compensation: The beginning base salary for the position is based upon the level of experience and formal education and includes a bonus plan, company vehicle, benefits package and definite opportunities for advancement.
