Job Description
The fund is hiring a junior-level associate to start in June 2005. The associates' responsibilities will be twofold:
-To coordinate the overall operations of the company (office administration, scheduling, communications)
-To perform the role of an entry-level investment analyst (competitive industry research, customer interviews, market analysis).
Our expectation is that a capable associate will be in a position to learn the venture capital business and participate in many aspects of the investment process, while also managing all administrative aspects of the role. The expectation is that the associate will spend two or more years with the fund, before business school or other pursuits.
Salary is $35,000/year base plus bonus, full benefits, and employer contribution to 401(k)
