Equestrian Services, LLC is a small niche firm located in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia, providing environmentally sustainable turn key equestrian amenities for resorts and communities nationwide.
Our services range from feasibility studies, geo demographic analysis, pro-forma budgeting, capital expenditure projections, programming, planning, design, and marketing all the way through equestrian facility operations management. Our firm is vertically integrated and dedicated to the long term success of our projects. Our integrated service model has been the key to growing successful partnerships with our clients and affiliates.
Skills & Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Architecture and/or Land Planning with 1-5 years of experience. The candidate will have a strong passion for land preservation, sustainable design, and a passion for producing innovative, high quality plans in addition to a general background in architecture.
Candidates should possess excellent analytical and graphic communication skills including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite; and be prepared to work on a full-time basis in our Charlottesville office. Equestrian knowledge preferred, but not required. Some travel required.
