Jewish Environmental Educator

Duties:

Teach a hands-on curriculum which synthesizes the study of ecology, Jewish environmental ethics and environmental activism. Educators use Jewish themes, stories and songs to strengthen students' connections to each other and the natural world. The program primarily serves 5th - 9th grade Jewish Day School students. Training will be provided.

Qualifications:

Must have experience teaching. Environmental education and/or Jewish studies background preferred.
