We are a carbon management company that is funded by blue-chip VCs and seeking to rapidly expand our practice while in stealth mode.

We are looking for passionate and experienced people to join a team that has led 3 successful start-ups, and worked for Fortune 500 companies as senior executives.  We will consider full time positions depending on experience for our solutions consultants.

Position Overview: 

We are looking for Iterns to work on  development of Energy and Emissions Management Solutions product.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent technical research on a variety of issues, including available interfaces, technical interface design and Saas based applications
  • Conduct independent technical research on a variety of issues,  including available interfaces, technical interface design and Saas based applications
  • Ensure Software development lifecycle works
  • Set up end to end build and deployment environment
  • Verify correctness of software and installation
  • Participate in customer feedback sessions
  • Establish pre-configuration based on Industry of our customers
  • Prepare deliverables and present findings to product team 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master candidate - Degree in MIS, or any of the following Engineering, Math, Environmental Science/Policy or the Physical Sciences
  • Quantitative abilities
  • Technical skills including knowledge of HTML, Java and overall J2EE environment
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with a high degree of self motivation


Preferable sklls and experience:

  • Knowledge of greenhouse gas (GHG) policy frameworks (UNFCCC, federal, state) and GHG accounting best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis on vendors and service providers
  • Understanding of energy and electricity generation and distribution concepts
  • Open to travel.
  • Must be local to Bay Area Peninsula San Francisco Area.
