Over the course of the last 6 years we have consistently pushed the envelope of sustainable agriculture in the mid south and have pioneered growing practices that allow us to produce top quality food without the use of synthetic chemicals. It is our mission to improve the quality of food and farming in North Mississippi and each year we see positive strides being made in these areas. Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible, meticulous, organized and detail oriented person to help us on our diversified vegetable farm.

Responsibilities

• Scope of work will include safely operating tillage and cultivation tractors, maintaining and repairing tractors and implements, greenhouse construction and maintenance of farm and facilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintaining and operating small farm equipment is required for the job and construction and plumbing experience is a plus.
• We stay very business growing, harvesting and selling produce and we are looking for someone that can keep our equipment and infrastructure in good order.
• Interest in organic farming is helpful as well.

Required license or certification:

• Drivers license
