We have many ongoing projects and as a result we have an opportunity to add an IT Project Coordinator to our successful team. As an IT Project Coordinator you will take part in the coordination of multiple IT-related initiatives and be responsible for planning, organizing, and tracking IT projects within our team and the allocation of cost. This person will track and quantify the work of other IT professionals and support this process. Further responsibilities include budget forecast, maintaining and reporting out project timelines, and identifying/managing key benchmarks associated with project completion. We’ll ask you to have your finger on the pulse of the team, keeping abreast of initiatives and long-term IT strategy.

  • Location: This position is based in New Hampshire and may be considered for a fully remote work arrangement.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide coordination and support for all IT Infrastructure projects.
  • Participate in project meetings, reconcile invoices associated with projects, and track project financial performance against plan.
  • Maintain project delivery dates and prioritize assigned projects.
  • Schedule meetings, summarize meeting agendas, and assign work items.
  • Draft and deliver communications and company announcements.
  • Assist with project invoicing and resolution of related invoicing challenges.

Qualified candidates for this role will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required skills and abilities.
  • Proven expertise in documentation, project planning, and financial management.
  • Experience in IT projects, with an interest in technology and technologic solutions, highly desirable.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
  • Possess exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in business software, such as MS Excel or Smartsheet, as well as MS Teams.
  • Display proficiency in working independently and collaboratively with others.
  • Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks, function efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and maintain positive relationships with clients, external contacts, and colleagues.
