Position Overview:

At this stage of growth, 2 internship positions are currently available:

  1. Analyst Intern: Candidate will assist in financial and scientific analytics, such as carbon-footprint calculations and carbon offset portfolio development.
  2. Environmental Policy Intern: Candidate will participate in research and content-creation related to governmental and corporate environmental policy.

Qualifications:

  • Analytical: Keen quantitative sense, as well as the ability to incorporate multidisciplinary approaches to problem solving. Candidates applying for the Analyst position must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Other Data Management tools a huge +
  • Efficient: Dynamic work environment requires ability devise smart and inventive approaches to research and analytical tasks, and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Self-Motivated: The ideal intern is diligent and independent, motivated by a fast-paced work environment and varying projects.
  • Professional: Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and online.
  • Passionate: The ideal candidate is a passionate environmentalist with experience in environmental policy and sustainable initiatives.
  • Administrative: Must be able and willing to periodically perform ‘administrative’ tasks related to company endeavors.

Compensation: Candidates will receive Academic Credit for the internship and a stipend to cover lunch and travel costs. Must be able to commute to Midtown East, and be able to start by mid October.
