This position will participate as a dynamic member of the HR team in defining unique and progressive work place practices that foster a best in class work place. It will identify meaningful ways to emphasize the Company's recognition of the significant value our employees bring to the job each day and our passion around making the world a better place to live.
The ideal person will have a passion for people and a desire for making a difference in the world. We are looking for an Associates Degree in Communications or integrated marketing and 3 years experience leading unique and innovative efforts to bolster organizational morale.
The right person will have a quick wit, warm sense of humor and a notorious flare for innovation and creativity. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an appetite for challenge!
