Small, design-oriented architecture firm in Chelsea seeks intermediate level architect with architectural degree and minimum 3-5 years professional experience.

Qualifications:

  • Qualities: creative, disciplined/organized, self-initiated, hard working, team-oriented
  • Experience: sustainable projects, Passive House, commercial/residential, renovation/ new construction, preparation of design/construction documents
  • Skills: 3-D modeling, Vectorworks, graphic communication of programming/schematic thinking, verbal/written communication
