Position Overview:
AltE University, the educational division of AltE, is seeking qualified technical instructors for contract teaching opportunities for our solar thermal and photovoltaics trainings. Class length is 2 to 5 days in Hudson, MA.
Qualifications:
- NABCEP installation certification (ISP Instructor Certification desired)
- At least 3 years experience installing solar thermal or PV systems
- Classroom teaching experience
- Demonstrated familiarity with adult learning styles
- The ability to accept and offer positive and constructive feedback
- The desire to offer feedback on curriculum
- Ability to participate in AltE U instructor training program as well as co-teach classes as part of interview
