Installation Technician

Duties:
Seeking a proactive individual to help install and service solar electric and solar thermal systems in residential and commercial environments.

The installation technician will install complete systems as well as independently troubleshoot and fix problem systems.

The installation technician will also assist with presales activity such as site analysis, system sizing and system design.

Installation Technician responsibilities include:

• Manage 1-2 people effectively and be responsible for tracking time and activities.
• Plan and organize resources to complete installation under time and financial budgets. 
• Communicate daily progress to Management.

Qualifications:
The successful Technician will demonstrate the following characteristics:

• Self starter able to work productively with limited supervision
• Outstanding team player.
• Good problem solving skills combined with knowing when ask for assistance.
• Ability to interface positively with customers at the job site. 
• Familiarity with NEC.
• PV and Thermal design and installation experience.
• NABCEP Certification a plus.                        
• Salary: Based on Experience
