CV Sciences operates two distinct divisions: pharmaceuticals and consumer products. These divisions are supported by our medical and scientific advisory board, and state‐of‐the art production facilities.

CV Sciences’ Pharmaceutical Division is developing synthetically‐formulated cannabidiol‐based medicine, pursuing the approval of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for drugs with specific indications utilizing cannabidiol as the active pharmaceutical ingredient. CV Sciences has achieved promising preclinical results in the development of cannabinoid medicines for treatment of a range of medical conditions.

CV Sciences’ Consumer Products Division delivers botanical‐based cannabidiol products that enhance quality of life. Currently distributed nationally in health food stores, health care provider’s offices and online, each consumer products brand is backed by a formal safety review, growing body of case reports, and physician’s recommendations.

Position Overview

The ideal Accountant must be dynamic, positive, collaborative, organized, and have proven time management skills.  This person will maintain open communication across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders by phone and email
• Provide customer service for natural product stores and broker network
• Assist with processing product returns for department (RMA/inventory)
• Assist with Accounts Receivable for department
• Distribute marketing and educational supplies to natural products stores and broker network
• Distribute and manage car stock inventory for broker network
• Provide support to Financial Analyst on returns (RMAs)
• Create new customer accounts on ERP software
• Assist with document collection and filing of credit applications and resale licenses of vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 1-2 years experience in an office environment
• Experience with ERP software (SAP preferred)
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service experience
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Proficient in Excel

Working conditions

NP Representative is a full-time position during normal business hours in an office environment. With travel not to exceed 10% of the time.
