MX Solar USA , a new manufacturing company specializing in the production of photovoltaic products located in Somerset, NJ is currently looking for high-energy, experienced professionals to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
The Inside Sales person will perform extensive follow-up primarily via phone to various sales and marketing efforts. Initial contact may have been via email correspondence, prior phone calls, or prior contact with MX Solar sales personnel.
Responsibilities:
Engage and close sales opportunities via phone and e-mail based on MX Solar sales efforts; initiate, confirm and execute sales orders; follow-up on sales orders to insure down payments and customer delivery; accurately track customer interactions and status of customer interactions; work with Sales Manager to maintain accurate database; develop strong product and customer knowledge; understand the various incentives for the locations and territories; work with marketing team in developing sales material for effective promotion; develop market presence through networking; prioritize sales leads for optimal results of effort and time; qualify leads for follow-up by senior management; provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Candidate should be comfortable selling via phone; possess strong phone skills; have ability to initiate and demonstrate strong personal sales to function independently and as part of a team; have a proactive and self-controlled work ethic; prepare efficient customized sales proposals; exceptional customer service skills and superior written and verbal skills. Candidate must have a highly proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Ability to handle a dynamic multi-tasking environment is a must.
